Running a small business has never been more complex. There are more tools, more data, and more decisions to make, often without the time or internal resources to manage everything well.
Before starting Consulting365, I spent more than 20 years leading sourcing, supply chain, and operational work across Hong Kong, China, India, Mexico, and the United States. I managed teams, vendors, major projects, and business changes for companies serving retailers including Target, Dollar General, and Office Depot.
I later led business intelligence and reporting work for a growing manufacturing company. I introduced Power BI across the organization, trained employees to use it, and helped connect reporting with SAP and Salesforce. That work included data modeling, ETL, dashboard development, SharePoint sites, reporting standards, and building a center of excellence around data and analytics.
That combination of operational and systems experience shapes the work I do today. I help small and mid-sized businesses bring structure to important projects, improve how work moves across teams, adopt new technology, and make better use of the systems and data they already have. I am not tied to a single platform. The right solution may involve Microsoft 365, Power BI, Zoho, Google Workspace, or another system that fits the business. The goal is not to introduce more technology for its own sake. It is to make the business easier to manage and better equipped to grow.
Consulting365 is built around fractional support. An engagement may last a few weeks or several months, depending on the need. The scope is shaped around the business problem, without requiring another full-time hire.
I am a Marine Corps veteran, PMP-certified, and currently completing an MBA focused on supply chain and operations. I am based in Austin and work with clients locally and remotely.
