full-time hire.

Microsoft 365 adoption
You're paying for Microsoft 365. Is it paying you back? Most teams use 20% of what's available. It's time to get real ROI from this investment.
Sean Polk
Founder, Consulting365
Running a small business has never been more complex. More tools, more data, more decisions, and rarely enough time or bandwidth to make the most of any of it.
I spent two decades working internationally across Hong Kong, China, India, and Mexico, leading sourcing and supply chain operations for companies serving major US retailers including Target, Dollar General, and Office Depot. Those roles demanded more than operational knowledge. They required structured project management, leading teams through significant change, and building systems and processes that held up when things got complicated.
That experience carries directly into what I do today. Whether a business needs a project managed properly from start to finish, a new system adopted without the usual resistance, better use of the tools they're already paying for, or cleaner operational infrastructure, I've done all of it in real environments under real pressure.
I started Consulting365 because smaller businesses deserve access to that kind of senior expertise without committing to a full-time hire. I'm PMP certified, hold an MBA focused on supply chain and operations, and am based in Austin, TX.
If your business is more complex than your current systems can handle, let's talk.
